PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT FORM

Welcome to the Basketball Mid-Canterbury Player Code of Conduct form.

Basketball Mid-Canterbury aims to ensure all players and their supporters understand the behaviours expected of them while they are representing the province of Mid-Canterbury. Representing our region is an honour and a privilege and we ask that everyone involved understands and respects this.

Please read the form carefully and feel free to ask questions if there's anything you are unsure of. We ask parents of younger players to take their children through the code and help them understand what is expected.

Thank you very much. We hope you enjoy your season.
